What do you think of the exhibitions?

If you’ve seen Girls and Boys in Storyland at Exeter Central Library or the University Research Commons, then we hope you’ve enjoyed looking at the exhibits. Please let us know what you think by filling in a feedback form, or by posting a comment  here on the blog. Your feedback is crucial for helping us to prove that Exeter wants more exhibitions and events like this.

There has been some very positive feedback so far. Many thanks to everyone who has completed a form already, and for the anonymous pencil sketch of a Gaskin illustration that was left in the suggestion box at the University!

  1. We had the most wonderful tour around the ‘Girls and Boys in Storyland’ exhibition this afternoon -and a trip down to the library vaults to see more hidden treasures. Sadly, it was over far too quickly.

Thank you so much for putting these normally hidden gems on display. Your knowledge and enthusiasm was much appreciated.

Please, please set up a permanent exhibition of children’s books 🙂

BTW, I’ve put a link on my website to the Devon Children’s Books collection -scroll down:

  2. During visits to both exhibitions I have left feedback, however I have a further comment to make. The selection illustrations to exhibt was perfect, the chosen illustrations were for me what initially drew me into this informative and enchanting exhibition.

    Thank-you to the organisers.
